Trevor Spring is a men’s embodiment coach and Founder of Wild & Wise; an archetypal, experiential course of Health, Breathwork and Brotherhood. Trevor is a husband, father and step-father. He is also the Director of Programming and Lead Mentor for Sacred SONZ Youth. He specializes in emotional, primal embodiment and the underlying states of health required to house mature masculinity.
