Anton Mackey is a devoted Son, Father and Husband. Inspired by physical fitness at a young age, he has been teaching yoga for over 13 years. He has become a teacher of teachers and has traveled around the globe to teach. He has created his own yoga style that is both structured and fluid, designed to unite the Divine Feminine & Sacred Masculine.
He is a men’s work facilitator with Sacred Sons & has created his own Empowerment Coaching program. His teaching and coaching philosophy is inspired by multiple disciplines and traditions, empowering his clients and students to take greater ownership and responsibility for their lives, while having self mastery of their emotions.
